Terms of Service

All brand names mentioned are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are not affiliated with Offize Bux, its products, or its website. These names are used solely for product identification.

Shipping Policy

We aim to process all orders within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please note that we make every effort to fulfill orders as swiftly as possible.


Return Policy

At Offize Bux, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to request a return or refund. Our Returns Department can be reached at sales@offizebux.com, and returns must be authorized before they are accepted.

Before requesting a return, please verify that your packing slip matches the items received.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
  • Most items qualify for a 30-day exchange if you encounter issues.
  • Returns made between 14-28 days may be subject to a restocking fee of 5-15%.
  • Products returned after 90 days may not be accepted by the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on food or medical items.

If you are dissatisfied with a product, please let us know. We monitor product feedback and work closely with manufacturers to resolve recurring issues.


Requesting a Return Authorization Number

To initiate a return, email us at sales@offizebux.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please include the following information in your email:
  • Your order number (in the subject line)
  • The item(s) and quantity you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • You will receive return instructions and a RAN within 24 hours of your request. If the return is due to damage, a defect, or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Packaging and Shipping Returns

Once you receive your RAN, carefully package the item in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Ensure that the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping package (please do not write on the product packaging itself).

Send the package using your preferred shipping method. Retain the tracking number to ensure safe delivery to us. Offize Bux is not responsible for lost or stolen items before they reach our possession. For valuable items, consider insuring the package.

If an item is returned as "new" but shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Return Restrictions

Due to shelf-life limitations, safety concerns, and to prevent fraudulent claims, the following items cannot be returned:
  • Toner cartridges
  • Electronics and business machines
  • Consumables (food, beverages, cleaning supplies, pharmaceuticals, and paper)
These products will only be accepted for return if there is a manufacturer’s defect or an error on our part. Opened software and dated calendars or appointment books from current or prior years are also non-returnable.

Return Reasons

If you ordered an item incorrectly or changed your mind, we will issue a refund for unopened, resellable items, minus the cost of shipping. Please be aware that if your original order shipped for free, our outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping cost will also be your responsibility.

If we sent you an incorrect or defective item, or if the item was damaged during shipping, we will cover all return shipping costs. If your order is incomplete or delayed, please contact us within two business days, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns Without Prior Authorization

To help us keep prices competitive for all customers, a return authorization is required for any merchandise return. If an unauthorized return is received, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment or return it to you at your expense. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain low prices.


Processing Refunds and Replacements

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect and process them. Refunds and replacements are typically processed within three business days. Please allow up to one week for replacement items to arrive.
